Payment

We accept the following payment options :

Goods will only be shipped upon cleared funds, if the items are available,
If items are not available your order will be placed on our "Back Order" system, i.e. goods will be shipped when in stock
Please allow 28 days for delivery, if your items are not dispatched within this time we will attempt to contact you to let you know the order will be late

An invoice will be enclosed with all orders unless otherwise requested.

Delivery

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery and will be sent with Interlink Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
However most items are posted first class or standard parcel post dependent on weight.
If you are not in when the items are being delivered you should recieve a card informing you of the reason the item could not be delivered.
It is then your responsibility to have the items redelivered

You are welcome to collect from our premises in Fordingbridge by appointment.

Postage is charged at £4.00 for all orders delivered to a location on the Mainland UK,
For orders outside the UK - Please email us with your order and we will advise you of shipping costs.

Condition of Goods

Unless otherwise stated the goods are new and in boxes. The photograph(s) may show the good(s) for sale or a model of similar type and representation.

Warranty / Returns Procedure

Items supplied which clearly are subject to a manafacturing fault we will happily replace, exchange or refund.
Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 we are required by law to offer a cooling off period of seven days from the date of your receipt of your ordered goods. Therefore should you receive your order and decide some or all of it is not suited to your needs, you may return it for a full refund or exhange. however the following conditions must be met:

1. the item/s must be in unopened re-saleable condition.
2. you must notify our mail order department by telephone on 01425 657929 at your earliest convienience and confirm in writing ie by letter or email (and in any case no more than seven days after reciept of your goods) that you wish to return them, whereupon you will be given instuctions on where to return them to.
3. return postage costs are the liability of the customer

Models / Toys

Please be advised we also sell models that are intended only for display not playing with, and therefore are unsuitable for some children.
Some of the brands not recommended for children are Norscot Cat, Universal Hobbies, Schuco & Burago.
This is not a definitive list - if you are not sure if your item is intended or suitable for children please ask.

Radio Control Helicopters

The Radio control helicopters are not designed for use by children. They have parts moving at high speed, which are capable of causing serious injury or death. They are designed for use outdoors or in a large indoor area such as a sports hall. Due to the nature of these models, damage caused by operator error, crashing, or fair wear and tear cannot be covered under our warranty.
